We provide tax preparation, business tax and advisory, bookkeeping, and audit representation services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate engagement letter or agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
2. Engagement & Fees
Fees are based on the scope and complexity of the work and are communicated before we begin. Invoices are due as stated in your engagement terms. Work product and filings may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Client Responsibilities
The accuracy of our work depends on the information you provide. You agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documents
- Review deliverables before filing or submission
- Retain your own copies of records as required
- Notify us promptly of any notices, changes, or errors
4. Confidentiality
We treat your information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional standards. We will not disclose your information except as authorized by you or required by law.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We prepare filings and provide advice with professional care based on the information available and the law in effect. We do not guarantee any particular refund, tax result, or that a return will not be selected for examination. Taxing authorities make independent determinations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for penalties and interest resulting from information not provided to us or from decisions made outside our engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of this website are owned by Truist Tax Services and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables prepared for you may be used for your own tax and business purposes.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website or services may reference third-party tools or link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties, and their use is subject to their own terms.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work performed through the termination date. Certain provisions, including confidentiality and limitation of liability, survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Wyoming.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
